What should I include in a service request?
A short email with a few key details is enough to start. You don't need a finished draft or a formal proposal. The details below help set up a useful scoping call or an accurate quote.
For dissertation services
- The service you're interested in. The subject line is filled in for you if you use the button on the service page.
- Where you are: for example, preparing a proposal, collecting data, analyzing results, or scheduling a defense.
- Your deadlines, such as a proposal defense or final defense date.
- Your methods: qualitative, quantitative, or mixed methods, and for data analysis, the software you use (SPSS, R, Python, or Stata).
- What you're stuck on, in a sentence or two.
- Your committee's expectations, if you know them, such as formatting rules or required tests.
For guest blog writing
The Guest Blog Writing page asks you to share:
- The publication
- The topic
- The audience
- The rough length
