How do I return a book or get a refund?
Subthesis books are sold through Amazon, so returns and refunds follow Amazon's return policy. Subthesis doesn't process book payments and can't issue refunds for them directly.
Steps
- Sign in to the Amazon account you used to buy the book.
- Go to your orders and find the book.
- Follow Amazon's options to return the item or request a refund. The options available depend on the format (Kindle, paperback, or hardcover) and on Amazon's current policy.
Problems with the book itself
If a printed copy arrives damaged or with a printing problem, report it to Amazon through your order, since Amazon handles fulfillment. If there's a problem with the content, such as an error you've spotted, email angel@subthesis.com. We'd like to know.
