What is the refund policy?

Refunds depend on where you paid, because Subthesis sells through other platforms and by email. The free tools, Research Assistant, and free courses cost nothing, so there's nothing to refund.

Books (Amazon)

Books are sold on Amazon, so returns and refunds follow Amazon's return policy. Start from your Amazon orders. See How do I return a book or get a refund?

Paid courses (Teachable)

The AI-Augmented Doctoral Dissertation and The Project Brain course are sold on Teachable. Teachable processes payment, and refunds follow Teachable's standard procedures. If you have trouble, email angel@subthesis.com with the course name and your purchase email.

Services (by email)

Services are arranged by email, so refunds and cancellations follow the agreement you make by email before work starts. For Monthly Accountability, you can cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged for the next month.
