How is my course progress saved?
In the free on-site courses, each lesson has a Mark lesson complete button. When you select it, your browser remembers that lesson as done. The progress is saved in your browser only, with no account and no server.
What that means
- Your progress shows up only in the browser and device where you marked it.
- Clearing your browser's site data for subthesis.com resets it.
- A private or incognito window usually forgets it when you close the window.
- Select the button again to unmark a lesson.
Certificates
The free courses don't issue certificates of completion. Two course pages are explicit about this:
- The HIPAA Qualified Expert course is education about the expert determination pathway. It isn't a certification.
- The CIP Exam Prep course doesn't confer CIP certification or count as continuing education for CIP recertification.
If you need a record of your study, keep your own notes of the lessons you finish.
