What is the monthly update notice in the Research Assistant?
The "Monthly Data Update Notice" is a reminder to export your Research Assistant data. It appears because the app is updated on the 1st of each month to fix errors and add or change features.
When it appears
The notice shows up during the 7 days before the 1st of the month. It tells you how many days are left until the next update.
What to do
- Choose Export Data Now. This opens Settings.
- On the Export Projects tab, choose Export All, or select projects and choose Export Selected.
- Save the JSON file somewhere safe.

Dismissing it
Choose Dismiss for 24 hours or the close button. The notice comes back the next day while the 1st is still within 7 days.
