Are the tools really free?

Yes. All 57 tools are free to use, with no login, no trial period, and no credit card. Each tool page says so: "This tool is 100% free and requires no login."

Why there's no catch

The tools run entirely in your web browser. Your entries are processed and saved on your own device, not on a Subthesis server, so there are no per-user server costs to pass on to you.

What's not included

The free tools don't include:

• Cloud storage or sync. Your work stays in the browser where you created it. Export it if you want a backup.
• One-on-one help. Personal coaching and consulting are paid services.

Sharing a tool

Every tool has its own link you can share with classmates or students. They get the same free tool, but not your saved work, because that stays in your browser.
